High Potential Leaders

How do you define a high-potential leader?  According to Michael Campbell and Roland Smith, authors of High Potential Talent, by the Center for Creative Leadership, define high potential talent as “an employee who is assessed as having the ability, organizational commitment, and motiva- tion to rise to and succeed in more senior positions in the organization”.

Core Business Solutions individualized approach to searching and recruiting high-potential talent produces substantial impact on organizations. In a recent conversation, Maureen Hurd, President of Core Business Solutions, spoke with a client regarding the placement of a key employee.

Scott, President of a Healthcare organization shared that this Vice President of Human Resources just completed her first year after being placed by Core Business Solutions. He said that “All the feedback has been great.  The results of her work are outstanding and she is exceeding expectations.”  Further Scott shared that she “is intense, works hard and gets along well with the leadership team.  She has gained my complete trust and respect.”

So, when businesses in the Milwaukee area seek to fill their executive and leadership positions, they should contact Core Business Solutions who will find and place high potential leaders that will make a sustained impact in their business.
