High Potential Leaders

How do you define a high-potential leader?  According to Michael Campbell and Roland Smith, authors of High Potential Talent, by the Center for Creative Leadership, define high potential talent as “an employee who is assessed as having the ability, organizational commitment, and motiva- tion to rise to and succeed in more senior positions in the organization”.
